Haim Eshed: What Space and Spaceships Really Are
An ontological framework for understanding contact, consciousness, and the dimensional nature of reality
In December 2020, Haim Eshed dropped a bombshell that reverberated across the globe. The 87-year-old former director of Israel's space program for nearly three decades, widely regarded as the "father of Israel's space capabilities," made an extraordinary claim that stopped the world in its tracks:
"There is an agreement between the US government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here... The UFOs have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet."
But buried within Eshed's sensational claims about a "Galactic Federation" was a single phrase that may hold the key to everything: "They are waiting for us to understand what space and spaceships are."
This statement, almost casually delivered, suggests something profound. What if our entire conception of space, travel, and consciousness itself is fundamentally wrong? What if the reason we can't understand "contact" is because we're operating from a completely inadequate ontological framework?
Let me propose a different way of seeing this entire phenomenon, one that might finally make sense of not just Eshed's claims, but the nature of reality itself.
The Flatland Model of Life and Death
Imagine you are a two-dimensional being living in Flatland. One day, a higher-dimensional object passes through your plane. Let's say it's an apple. From your 2D perspective, you experience something mysterious: first a small circle appears, then it grows larger, reaches maximum size, then shrinks and disappears.
You might think you witnessed the birth, life, and death of a circular entity. But the truth was never the circle. The circle was just a cross-section of something vastly more complex passing through your limited dimensional plane.
Now imagine your own life exactly like this. What if your existence from birth to death is simply the cross-section of a much larger, higher-dimensional being intersecting with our 3D spacetime reality?
Birth becomes the moment this greater self enters our dimensional slice. Death becomes its exit. What you call your "self" is actually the thinnest sliver of a fuller being, experiencing itself through the narrow aperture of three-dimensional existence.
If consciousness is not produced by the brain but filtered through it, then life becomes a dimensional event, not a biological accident. We are not bodies that developed consciousness. We are consciousness temporarily localized in bodies, like light focused through a lens.
This completely reframes everything about existence, death, and what lies beyond our ordinary perception.
What Is Space, Really?
We speak of space like it's a vacuum. An empty stage where matter performs. This is Newton dressed up as NASA, 19th-century thinking that refuses to die.
But if relativity and quantum mechanics taught us anything, it's that space is not empty and not flat. Space is a field. A medium. A layered, responsive structure that bends, warps, and resonates with the objects and energy within it.
In this deeper understanding:
"Space" is not distance. It's dimensional difference.
Moving "through space" is not about propulsion. It's about modulating one's relationship to dimensional coordinates.
A "spaceship" doesn't travel the way we think. It transitions.
This completely reframes what Eshed was talking about. Advanced beings aren't traversing astronomical distances like cosmic truckers burning fuel across the void. They are accessing parallel manifolds, folding space, or exiting our dimensional framework entirely.
Think of a 4D being moving through 3D space. To us, it would appear to materialize, morph impossibly, and vanish. It's not "traveling" in any sense we understand. It's simply revealing different cross-sections of itself as it moves through our limited dimensional slice.
Ships as Consciousness-Linked Dimensional Instruments
Let's go further.
What we call "spaceships" may not be ships in any classical sense. They may be interface vehicles that cohere temporarily in our dimension, acting as consciousness-operated dimensional technologies.
Imagine a craft that doesn't fly through space but relocates through frequency, intention, or geometric manipulation of spacetime itself. Its physical shape is incidental. Its function is harmonic. Its operator is not a pilot but a node of multidimensional awareness.
This explains why these objects consistently:
Defy inertia and g-forces
Blink in and out of radar detection
Appear differently to different observers
Seem to respond to consciousness rather than mechanical controls
Exhibit impossible acceleration without sonic booms
They are consciousness-synchronized dimensional vehicles, not glorified rockets. They operate on principles we haven't discovered because we're still thinking in terms of pushing matter through space rather than modulating the relationship between consciousness and dimensional coordinates.
The Galactic Federation as Dimensional Custodians
Now re-read Eshed's claim about a "Galactic Federation" waiting for humanity to evolve. This makes no sense if we're talking about aliens in ships flying through space like interstellar explorers seeking new worlds to conquer.
But it makes perfect sense if they are:
Operating above our spacetime framework, not within it
Engaged in dimensional stewardship across multiple reality layers
Awaiting our species to reach a frequency of coherence that allows safe dimensional interaction
"Readiness" isn't technological. It's ontological. The Federation isn't waiting for us to build better satellites or rockets. They're waiting for us to understand who and what we actually are: not biological accidents clinging to a rock, but dimensional apertures through which higher consciousness experiences itself in material form.
Until we grasp this fundamental truth about our own nature, contact remains impossible. Not because they're hiding from us, but because we literally cannot perceive what's already here.
The Movement of Consciousness Through Dimensions
Here's where it gets really interesting. The movement of consciousness through birth, life, and death may be identical to how higher-dimensional objects move through lower-dimensional spaces.
We are born "dying" to higher worlds in order to be born into this one. We eventually die in this world to be born back into higher-dimensional reality. This is exactly like a higher-dimensional object's movement through a dimension, appearing to local observers as emergence, existence, and disappearance.
This could explain our perception of time, the mystery of consciousness, and why death feels so significant. We're witnessing the dimensional mechanics of a much larger process.
Your "higher self" exists in a reality where past, present, and future are simultaneous, like different parts of the apple that the Flatlanders see sequentially. From that perspective, your entire life is just one "slice" of a much more comprehensive existence.
So What Is This All Really About?
Everything changes if you accept this ontological framework:
Life is a cross-section of higher consciousness intersecting our dimensional plane
Death is re-entry into the full multidimensional self
Space is a responsive field, not empty distance
UFOs are artifacts of transdimensional technology
Contact is not about aliens visiting Earth but about recognizing the dimensional nature of consciousness itself
This is why official disclosure feels impossible. Because the truth isn't about propulsion systems or interplanetary politics. It's about the fundamental nature of reality, consciousness, and existence itself.
The real revelation isn't that "aliens are here." It's that consciousness is multidimensional, reality has layers we can't ordinarily perceive, and what we call "life" and "death" are dimensional events in a much larger cosmic process.
Until we understand what we are, we cannot understand what they are. Until we grasp the dimensional nature of consciousness, we cannot comprehend dimensional technology. Until we see through the illusion of separation between observer and observed, we cannot perceive beings who operate from unified awareness.
Eshed was right about one thing: we're not ready. But not because we lack the technology or emotional maturity to handle the truth about aliens.
We're not ready because we haven't yet remembered what space, consciousness, and existence actually are.
The moment we do, everything changes. Not just our understanding of UFOs, but our entire relationship to life, death, and the magnificent mystery of being conscious in an apparently unconscious universe.
The question isn't whether contact is happening. The question is whether we're developed enough to recognize it.
This is a personal exploration. Please share your own thoughts below.
Each fractal layer of the hologram could be a higher dimension of which you speak about.
To take your hypothesis further, I subscribe to the idea that the universe is structured in an infinite-layered fractal holographic in which consciousness is either a field within this intricately beautiful structure or possibly the substrate or fundamental element that lies behind these layers. Just an idea.
